Last batch of 2016, 750 litres of sap and 20 litres of syrup 37.5:1 so sweet and dark. The last batch is always my favorite taste wise. We managed to collect and clean up the pails and buckets while we boiled off. only took a day and a half and we even had sunday off. I can’t thank the help we got from Luc and Joe, there’s no way we would have been able to pull this off without you guys, plus all the help from Jamie, Kyle, Kim, and Katy, Avery, Jaden, Sonya and Ray, Marc and Peggy, and much much more, it truly is a team effort. 119 liters of SYRUP!! OUR BEST YEAR EVER!!! (last year we did 98 litres)
